Greenogue Logistics Park is the latest prime logistics development in Dublin. It has private access to all outgoing and incoming routes from all major transportation routes.

The development is being done on a total area of 23.8 acres comprising two separate warehousing/logistics sites (Site A and B) and associated access roads and services including footpaths, grass margins, boundary treatments, access gates, ESB stations, public lighting, and all the associated service ducting and landscaping.

The total land area for Site A will be 15,476m2 and site B will cover a floor of 26,613m2. The buildings will be completed to the highest specification incorporating substantial green credentials. Each building will be BER A2 certified and will also be finished to LEED certification.

Evercam cameras have been installed on the construction site of the two different units of Greenouge logistics park to record and monitor the construction process completely.

The new children's hospital is currently under construction by BAM Ireland on the campus of St James' Hospital in Dublin.

The new hospital will be seven storeys high. Including the underground car park with 1,000 spaces, there are about 160,000 m2 of accommodation with 6,150 rooms. There are 380 individual inpatient rooms each with en-suite facilities and a bed for a parent or carer to sleep on.

There are also 20 child and adolescent mental health beds for patients with eating disorders and acute mental health problems, 93 day beds and 22 operating theatres, some with specialised facilities and a hospital school.

As the main contractor of the development, BAM Ireland opted to use Evercam as an innovative tool for project management, marketing and dispute avoidance all through the use of construction cameras. Our partnership aims to provide the best service throughout the development by providing a visual audit for the whole duration of the project.

The Eight building is a project consisting of 75,000 SQ FT of Grade A High Specification Offices and a retail market on the ground floor.

The project consists of newly built office & retail market for the iconic Newmarket Square for Dublin 8. This central and well-established area of Dublin has been the most important part of Dublin City's history.

Evercam has installed its camera to record and monitor the construction process from the demolition to the construction of the new building.

This new office has an area of more than 75,000 sq. The floor coverings range from 3000 sq. Ft to 16,000 sq ft, which can handle a single tenancy or a split floor. The Eight Building contains approx. 350 m2 of terrace space across 3 Floors.

The Project kells construction work has begun and is underway to extend Grafton Street-style shopping to adjacent Nassau Street for around 5,000 m2 of retail space.

The renovation of the low-density site at the Nassau Street and Dawson Street axis would also include approximately 16,000m2 of Office of upper floor offices.

Evercam has installed two cameras on the site to record, and monitor the whole construction process of this large project as well as the demolition.

The Knowles House project is part of a three-year Temporary Accommodation Reform Plan for Brent Council to spend £130million on up to 600 new homes for vulnerable residents in the borough.

The Brent Council has awarded a £23.4 m contract to Wates Residential to build 149 new homes by December 2021. The redevelopment of the Knowles House in Harlesden will include the construction of two new buildings, which will provide 92 houses to be used as temporary accommodation and 57 independent living units to support some of the most vulnerable residents in the borough.

This site was acquired by Bartra on Poplar Road, comprising 0.14ha/0.35acres, zoned Z4 (District Centre) with the objective: 'to have mixed-service facilities.' In this district residential is an acceptable application.

The place is approx. 750 m from Dart Station in Clontarf, and c. 1 km from Connolly Station and the Connolly Line at Luas. In addition, a number of QBC routes pass by the site on North Strand Road immediately.

The area is within the Electoral Districts' 500 m catchment, described by DCC as having "5000 + staff," and is therefore eminently suited to high-density residential development.

Bartra has started the process of design development and plans to seek a planning application for c. 34 Over 5/6 storey apartments on the building.

Sliabh Liag Distillers became Donegal’s first distilling company for over 175 years, founded by returning scatterlings James and Moira Doherty, to reclaim Donegal’s rich distilling heritage.

Their An Dúlamán Distillery in Carrick, just 20 minutes from Ardara on the Wild Atlantic Way, is home to the company’s award-winning An Dúlamán Irish Maritime Gin, Assaranca Vodka, and The Legendary Silkie Irish Whiskey Collection.

Construction of the Ardara Distillery began in 2020, led by James and Moira and their fellow founder, James Keith, with distilling operations due to begin in 2021.

The new €6.5m distillery aims to employ at least 40 people and will have the capacity to produce 400,000 litres of pure alcohol per annum, or 1.2m bottles. Alongside the distillation of gin and vodka, the Ardara Distillery will produce single malt and pot still whiskeys, heavily peated and authentic to the style of 19^th century whiskeys from the county.
