Development is underway of the scenic Boatman's House project in Crossharbour.

London Green have come together with Orlandis Capital to redevelop the existing 50,000 sq ft waterside office building, extending the building by another two stories to give stunning views over the river.

Our client (London Green) wanted to ensure they captured every moment of the action, so they chose to use Evercam construction cameras to tell the story of this spectacular build.

Bonham Quay is a mixed-use project comprising 32,175 sqm of Grade A office space, 2,000 sqm of retail and restaurant space.

The office development is designed as four office blocks alongside two public squares that all connect via landscape bridges.

The development is located on an industrial site, overlooking Galway Docks, the extensive use of glazing allows for maximum access to views.

Our client, John Sisk & Son, wanted to monitor and capture the construction progress from the beginning of the project. Three Evercam cameras provide access to live and recorded views of the project to keep all stakeholders on the same page.

Using our Compare Tool our users can compare before and after images from any point in time. The compare tool allows you to make short clips or animated GIFs and to export as short clips or interactive embed code. This is great content for social media and stakeholder updates.

The Stratheden Sutton Development comprises the build of 4 new residential buildings combined with Modern Building.

Our client, Trio - The Difference, wanted to ensure that they captured every detail of the roof demolition and the construction progress of the additional storey.

Time-lapse footage combined with drone footage gives our client the ability to showcase the speedy progress being made over a short period of time.

Bouygues UK, Bouygues Group’s construction arm, has started work to deliver 168 new homes on London's Luton Street, part of Westminster City Council's Church Street regeneration program.

As the main contractor of the development, Bouygues UK opted to use Evercam as an innovative tool for project management, marketing, and dispute avoidance all through the use of construction cameras. Our partnership aims to provide the best service throughout the development by providing a visual audit for the whole duration of the project.

We're proud to work on the Luton Street project supporting Bouygues UK to deliver new homes, creating a healthier community and a more vibrant economy for local businesses.

BIM integration feature: Combine the BIM model with the real building by Evercam

Construction is moving ahead on the development for 166 students who will attend Royal Holloway University, known as The Garage, 97 and 98 Harvest Road.

Collaborating with local land and property owners, Danehurst have a proven track record in creating optimum value for each development.

Danehurst uses Evercam to keep everyone on program & to minimise delays with clear communication across different channels. Our camera is monitoring the progress of the development from greenfield to the facade phase.

Northwood is Bartra Healthcare’s second Nursing Home and is located off the Old Ballymun Road, close to the Northwood Estate. Northwood will have 118 beds, the majority of which, 100, will be single ensuites, with a small number of double-rooms for those with a preference to share.

The structure is comprised of a four-storey masonry frame with localized steelwork supporting precast floor slabs supported on a ground floor reinforced concrete transfer slab over an in-situ reinforced concrete basement car park with pad foundations.

Care services will include residential, dementia (including Alzheimer’s), respite, convalescence, day care, etc.

Construction commenced in September 2018 and since then Evercam captures every detail of the construction project. Bartra keeps everyone informed by sharing progress with engineers, architects, subcontractors and stakeholders.

The project involved the full new build construction of a 5900m2 state of the art 123 bed Nursing Home in North County Dublin, Loughshinny.

Loughshinny Healthcare will accommodate patients across the spectrum of residential healthcare needs, including Alzheimer’s/dementia care as well as respite, rehabilitation, convalescence and daycare needs.

This 123-bedded state-of-the-art home has been designed with the needs of the resident at the forefront. Comfort and safety are priorities but the building also lends itself to promoting independence and ensuring dignity and respect.

Bartra Capital Property has commenced the development of the 20 apartments over 6 storeys site of 0.07ha/0.17acres at the junction of Stoneybatter & Blackhall Place. The project will provide a welcomed addition to Blackhall Place to redevelop a vacant infill site along with the city connection between Stoneybatter and the Quays.

Stoneybatter crane camera is the fourth Evercam camera installed for Bartra Property Group. Evercam is delighted to work alongside Bartra providing transparency and efficiency from start to finish.

Modern Homes Ireland (MHI) builds 80% complete homes in a factory setting, delivering the units to the site where the developer completes the construction on-site.

MHI provide a quality assured, factory controlled, off-site volumetric build system serving the residential construction sector in Ireland.

Evercam has installed its camera to record and monitor the construction of Modular Homes Ireland. The footage recorded during the construction and time-lapse video helps MHI to showcase the build grow from start to finish in a couple of minutes.

CARAS is a project management consultancy providing client-side services to the Contaminated Land, Infrastructure, Health & Aged Care, Commercial, and Education sectors. CARAS offers practical and pragmatic advice, ensuring clients receive commercially focused outcomes throughout the project life cycle.

CARAS is Evercam’s first Australian client. Our cameras are installed on two NDIS office fit-out projects that CARAS are project managing for Uniting at Shellharbour and Penrith.

The real power of Evercam is the ability to integrate the BIM model...This allowed our client to get a feel for what the finished office would look like and gave the ability to track progress against the final product.

Roskerry Building Services Ltd. are building 133 new, genuinely affordable homes in Fulham, the vast majority at council-level rents.

Local residents would have the first choice on those new homes to be constructed on the Clem Attlee Estate at Edith Summerskill House with most going to those on the waiting list of the council.

According to the plan they have demolished the 17 storey block and now will reconstruct it, prioritizing local residents for the new low-cost housing. The Edith Summerskill house reconstruction comprises of 133 new homes.

Evercam has installed its camera on the site to record and monitor the whole process of reconstructing the Clem Attlee Estate.
