The Eight Building

The Eight building is a project consisting of 75,000 SQ FT of Grade A High Specification Offices and a retail market on the ground floor.

The project consists of newly built office & retail market for the iconic Newmarket Square for Dublin 8. This central and well-established area of Dublin has been the most important part of Dublin City's history.

Evercam has installed its camera to record and monitor the construction process from the demolition to the construction of the new building.

This new office has an area of more than 75,000 sq. The floor coverings range from 3000 sq. Ft to 16,000 sq ft, which can handle a single tenancy or a split floor. The Eight Building contains approx. 350 m2 of terrace space across 3 Floors.
