The Exo Building

Commercial
Projects of Interest

The project - which will be Ireland's tallest commercial building - is becoming a highly visible landmark from a number of vantage points across the city and surrounding areas and its blue-colored steelwork has been developed to reference the distinctive blue color of the cranes in Dublin Port.

17 storeys of elegance, beauty, and strength, elevated to allow easy movement around it, the development presents an exciting opportunity like no other in Dublin.

Two Evercam cameras are recording the construction progress on site. Stakeholders can stay up to date with a live-view of the project from anywhere. Monthly updated time-lapses help the developer, sales and marketing teams showcase their work.

Review and manage the project remotely & effectively investigate incidents during the construction process are among the other benefits of having Evercam project management cameras on site.

Bolands Quay

Commercial
Residential

Rarely has a building project in Dublin attracted so much interest from the public. Bolands Mills is an iconic site and has been derelict and due to an upgrade for at least a generation.

Savills are leading the project, designed by Dublin architectural firm Burke Kennedy Doyle.

Andrew Sherry in Savills decided that creating a time-lapse from construction cameras would be a valuable marketing opportunity.

Four construction cameras are strategically located on neighboring buildings focused on the site. Recording began before the demolition, capturing the 1950’s silos being dismantled, with the video featuring on The Irish Times website.

Dorset Point Student Accommodation

Completed
Residential

Dorset Point is a six-story mixed-use development located along Dorset Street, which is one of the most important streets north of the River Liffey. It provides accommodations for 447 students and other amenities (student housing reception and foyer, cafe, gymnasium, and a single subdivision retail unit) that bring much-needed activity to Dorset Street.

Bennett Construction is an international family-owned construction services company with offices and projects in Dublin, London, and Germany. The Bennett Group was founded in 1917 in Mullingar, Ireland. Since then the group has grown dramatically in both size and reputation.

In addition to providing essential student accommodation, this project has aided in the area’s regeneration. Before the development of Dorset Point, the area was just an underutilized brownfield urban site.
