Cherrywood
Located between Cabinteely and Loughlinstown in South County Dublin, Cherrywood is the largest single urban development project in Ireland and will eventually be home to a population of approximately 25,000 people.
The Project includes 1,300 town center apartments, up to 6,700 additional housing units, a 67,000 sqm retail and F&B scheme, 6 schools, and over 82 acres of parkland.

Applying the principles of the internationally-recognized WELL Community Standard, which supports public health and well-being, the apartments will incorporate energy efficiency and smart design standards that will provide the very best in modern living.
Evercam cameras have been installed on the construction site to record the progress of the progress from the very beginning of the project. Clients are using Evercam software to make time-lapse videos to share on their social media for advertisement purposes.
These time-lapse videos are a great source of marketing of the projects as well as keeps the clients up to date with day to day progress.

Hilton Garden Inn
Two new floors and a west wing full height extension will be added to the Hilton Garden Inn Dublin Custom House in 2017.
This will allow for the addition of 85 bedrooms to the hotel.
The project also consists of the addition of new air conditioning to all bedrooms within the existing hotel. In one year the project will be completed.

Plaza 211 Blanchardstown
Channor Ltd is constructing a new commercial space within Blanchardstown Corporate Park.

Dublin Landings
The Dublin Landings development is superbly located in the heart of Dublin’s Docklands at City Block 8 on Dublin’s North Wall Quay, also home to the Central Bank of Ireland’s New Headquarters. With a Gross Development Value (GDV) in excess of €700 million, the site will comprise of 700,000 sq. ft of Grade A office space, 273 luxury one, two and three-bed apartments and a number of retail units.
The immediate locality has experienced and continues to see significant development activity including the development of The Point Village, The Gibson Hotel, and the Convention Centre Dublin.

The NTMA is anticipated to be the first occupant, taking 83,000 sq. ft. of the first office block, a 220,000 sq. ft eight storey waterfront building.

Waterford Distillery Warehouse
Waterford Distillery is a major new whiskey project by the man behind the renaissance of ISLAY’S Bruichladdich single malt whiskey.
Waterford Distillery in Waterford, Ireland, was founded in 2014 and began production in early 2016. The distillery resides in a former Guinness brewery, and many of the employees from the plant's previous incarnation were brought on to run the distillery.

The new 20,000sq.ft bonded warehouse is at the Airport Business Park, Killowen, Waterford.
Located about two hours south of Dublin, Waterford Distillery accepts visitors by appointment but does not yet formally offer tours. A visitor center and shop are expected to be added in the future.

Ruthin School
Ruthin School is one of the oldest public schools in the United Kingdom. Located on the outskirts of Ruthin, the county town of Denbighshire in North Wales, the school is over seven hundred years old and has been co-educational since 1990.

Enterprise House, Blackrock Shopping Centre
Work has been completed on-site for the Enterprise House, Blackrock Shopping Centre.
Collen and Lafferty teamed up to work on this newly constructed office space. Lafferty provided Architectural and Project Management services to Collen’s construction expertise in the delivery of this landmark project.

Garden of Pure Imagination
Celebrity gardener Diarmuid Gavin has bought his “Garden of Pure Imagination” to Dublin’s Dundrum Town Centre.
Evercam provided a live view to help Diarmuid and his team to manage the install, and a time-lapse at the end.


Educate Together National School
The new Educate Together National School has begun construction off of Belarmine Vale in Stepaside.
The building will consist of a 3 storey primary school building with 24 classrooms, general purpose hall, 2 classroom special needs unit, support teaching spaces and ancillary accommodation. A Green Roof will be added to the general purpose hall and the southern stairwell.
The remainder of the site will include 48 car parking spaces, as well as drop off and pick up facilities.
This school falls under the Rapid Build school scheme and was completed in December 2017, which was 36 weeks from the start of the project.

Irish Life Plaza
Irish Life Assurance is performing an €8 million renovation of its headquarters, located on the corner of Abbey Street Lower and Gardiner Street Lower, extending through and including Northumberland Square.
The project involves the expansion of the public areas of the Irish Life Centre.
The project includes the relocation of Oisin Kelly’s ‘Chariot of Life’ statue, moving it from the center of the plaza where it was not easily seen from the street to a more visible location in the front of the plaza on a newly constructed water feature.
The company is also creating a new civic center at Northumberland Square, which requires the demolition of the 1913 Salvation Army Hall.

Kavanagh Court Student Accommodation
GSA announced a joint venture between Global Student Accommodation Group (GSA) and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital (Harrison Street) to create Dublin’s largest purpose-built student accommodation to house almost 500 students following the acquisition of the former IDA site at Gardiner Street, Dublin 1.
The site, within close walking distance of Trinity College and Dublin Institute of Technology, is expected to be popular with students looking for high-quality homes close to Dublin’s centers of learning.
In December last year, GSA and Chicago-based real estate private equity firm Harrison Street announced an agreement to invest €250 million in student accommodation in Dublin over the next five years.



Mill Street Student Accommodation
A development currently underway by GSA in Dublin is a 400-bedroom development in Mill Street, Dublin 8 – along with shops, a restaurant, and an incubation hub space for local businesses. This is a joint venture between Global Student Accommodation Group (GSA) and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital (Harrison Street).
One of the most exciting aspects will see the Creedon Group undertake the complete renovation of no. 10 Mill Street, the sole remaining ‘Dutch Billy’ style building in the city center. Also known as ‘Mill Street House’, work is currently underway to restore it to its original 1720 appearance.
Uninest New Mill, as it will be known once operational, will deliver an extensive new public realm and landscaping to Mill Street and Warrenmount Lane. In addition, the refurbishment of a dilapidated historic townhouse at No.10 Mill Street will be refurbished to provide a centerpiece for Mill Street.
