ETNS School
The new Educate Together National School has begun construction off of Belarmine Vale in Stepaside.
The building will consist of a 3 storey primary school building with 24 classrooms, general purpose hall, 2 classroom special needs unit, support teaching spaces and ancillary accommodation. A Green Roof will be added to the general purpose hall and the southern stairwell.
The remainder of the site will include 48 car parking spaces, as well as drop off and pick up facilities.
This school falls under the Rapid Build school scheme and will be completed in December 2017, which will be 36 weeks from the start of the project.


Central Plaza
Hines is a global real estate investment firm that is privately owned. Hines was founded in 1957 and currently, it has a presence in 205 cities in 24 countries.
Central Plaza is the innovative development where Dublin’s north and south city centres converge. It offers around 35,000 sq ft of retail space and about 100,000 sq ft of a modern workspace. The project is a result of the joint venture between Hines and Peterson Group, with each party bringing commercial property expertise and financial strength.
Three Evercam cameras were installed on different angles to make sure all the details of the construction process could be recorded and monitored.

Camera 2 will capture the installation of the glass and steel rooftop on Central Plaza. The structure is 42.5 x 27.5 x 6 meters and weighs more than 200 tons. The structure was created by Octatube in The Netherlands.

Trinity College Dublin – Oisín House
Trinity College Dublin eventually gained approval for its plan to demolish the Oisín House in order to construct new student accommodations on campus. This project is part of the college’s plans to revamp the Pearse Street border of its campus.
The new building will include 250 student accommodation units, as well as a student health center, a disabilities service center, sports facilities, and two retail spaces on the ground floor.

Evercam has installed its camera to record and monitor the complete demolition and construction progress from the very beginning of the project.


Knockrabo, Mount Anville Road
Knockrabo is a development of new luxury homes and apartments located on Mount Annville Road.
Built on the side of the Mount Annville house, the area has served a number of different purposes in the past, including a boarding school and sports facilities.
The historical gates to the property have been restored for the new development, and the residents can enjoy some shared spaces such as a library lounge and a gym.
The plans for the first phase include 98 homes, made up of 47 houses and 51 apartments, with the entire project eventually totalling over 200 homes. The development is being built by Maplewood, their third partnership with Broadhaven Credit Partners.


Nelabuild – Zambrero Fit Out
Zambrero on Parnell Street, Dublin 1 is an exciting project.
Part of a worldwide franchise of Mexican Restaurants, Zambrero is an established brand with its own distinct style and the brief for this fit out was very much in line with that style.
Mexican restaurant chain Zambrero is set to create 100 jobs across Ireland as it targets up to six new restaurant launches this year, with a target of 45 outlets over the next 15 years across the island of Ireland.

747 Engine
Watch engineers tear down a 747 engine.
A team of mechanics are in the process of removing the jet engines from a 747. It’s painstaking, careful work – one mistake can lead to irreparable damage to the costly engines.


Glan Agua
For around €30 million, County Kerry will greatly improve the County’s Central Regional Water Scheme. This will ensure a more quality drinking water supply for 62,000 residents of the county.
Glan Agua LTD has been contracted to complete this upgrade.
The project involves the development of a new water treatment plant, located at the reservoir of Lough Guitane outside Killarney.

Bishop’s Square
Bishops Square is a five-storey existing office block located on Kevin Street Dublin 8. Stewart Construction expanded the offices by an additional 3,154 sq. meters. This included an increase of the floorplates in the existing top two floors and the introduction of a sixth floor to the building.
With entrances on Kevin Street Lower and Bishop’s Street, the focal point of Bishop’s Square is an impressive landscaped six-storey atrium, which provides natural light to the entire building.

The building’s facade is a mix of metal cladding, glazing and stone units, and precast concrete with red brick terracotta.
Bishop’s Square office development is situated at the corner of Kevin Street Lower and Redmond Hill (R114) on a busy city center thoroughfare.


5 Hanover Quay
Bennett Construction is an international family-owned construction services company with offices and projects in Dublin, London, and Germany. The Bennett Group was founded in 1917 in Mullingar, Ireland.
5 Hanover Quay is a new, unique headquarter building in one of Dublin’s most prestigious districts by Bennet Construction.

It has 7 efficient and flexible storeys with a total area of about 15,000 sq. m. The building has 40 parking spaces, 230 bicycle parking spaces, an impressive water frontage, and a beautiful roof garden/terrace.
The building emits design style and comfort through its double-height entrance areas from a public plaza, and a curtain wall facade incorporating double glazed windows and insulated glass spandrel panels.

Blugas Yard
The Blugas Project at Tolka Quay is well underway.
This vast area will be poured with reinforced concrete to accommodate ship cargo at Dublin Port.
The work comprised site clearance and buildings demolition; construction of 26,000m2 heavily-reinforced, high-strength concrete crane yard; foul and surface water drainage (including reinforced concrete attenuation tank); water mains, electrical and ducted services; high mast lighting; boundary walling and security fencing to a height of 4m.
