Holiday Inn Express
Work has officially commenced on Holiday Inn Express Bicester Gateway.
The new 149-bedroom hotel will be situated in Bicester Gateway, a new business park in the south of the town and a 5-minute drive from Bicester Village Designer Outlet.

Swords Castle
Kelbuild Limited was awarded the job of restoring the castle ramparts walk and repairs to the roof.
This phase of the project restored the castle ramparts walk and will give access to locals and tourists to walk along the ramparts and enjoy new views of Swords from on top of the castle walls.
This exciting phase of the castle’s regeneration has provided visitors to the castle even more opportunity to explore this wonderful historic site as the works see a replacement of the perimeter ramparts with a bespoke modern walkway.

Swords Castle was originally built as the residence of the first Anglo-Norman Archbishop of Dublin around 1200 AD. The Castle is situated in the center of the town and is the only fortified residence of the Archbishop to survive in a reasonable state today.
The buildings that make up the Castle form a rough pentagon enclosing an area of approximately 0.5 Hectares with a perimeter wall of 305 meters. The Castle was built over a period of 400 years starting before 1200 AD.

Addiscombe Grove
Modules are being installed at Addiscombe Grove, the 21 storey scheme in Croydon.
The project will offer 112 one-bedroom Pocket homes and 3 landscaped external gardens, each one situated on a different floor, offer unique views over Croydon.
Our client, Pocket Living wanted to document the progress of the modular housing project from start to finish.
The development is set to be one of the tallest modular residential builds in the UK.

Bartra Healthcare, Beaumont Lodge
Beaumont Lodge is being built and designed by Bartra Capital Property the development of an ultra-modern standard nursing home is due for opening in December 2020, with construction having commenced in December 2018.
Beaumont Lodge Nursing will be, on completion, the largest Nursing Home in Ireland.

The development will accommodate patients across the spectrum of residential healthcare needs, including Alzheimer’s/dementia care as well as respite, rehabilitation, convalescence and daycare needs.

St Patricks College
Kelbuild Limited were awarded the job to Restore St Marys House, Maynooth.
The work involved the replacement of Lead Roofs with new Code 5 Lead, re-roofing of the Lantern Lights to Roof, repairs to Lantern Lights to roof and repairs to Chimney Stack.

STOR Project
Smith Brothers have started work on the first of Arlington Energy’s storage and gas peaking projects in Sheffield, UK. The site will provide backup power generation to the National Grid once completed.
Smith Brothers will provide all of the engineering, procurement and construction work for the short term operating reserve (STOR) project. The site will be formed of eight 2.5MW gas generators and an 11kV switchboard and will be surrounded by an acoustic barrier fence to reduce noise pollution. The company is also working with the Northern Power Grid to establish a 66kV power generation connection for the plant.

Molesworth Street
One Molesworth Street has been designed by leading architects, Henry J Lyons to exude quality and maximize the occupier experience. The building has two separate expressions reflecting the different character of the streets.
The Dawson Street facade is striking with the use of vertical glass fins, solid bronze, and feature bronze anodized brise soleil. The facade finishes and proportions complement the neighboring buildings within an active street setting.
The Molesworth Street facade is finished with high-quality natural stone and glass designed with a modularity reflective of its historic street setting. The stone cladding is reminiscent of Dublin’s finest Landmark buildings.



Collen Enterprise House
Work has now commenced on site for the Enterprise House, Blackrock Shopping Centre.
Collen and Lafferty are teaming up to work on this newly constructed office space. Lafferty is providing Architectural and Project Management services to Collen’s construction expertise in the delivery of this landmark project.
The Enterprise House will be the new home for Zurich Insurance Group in this Friends First development.


Trinity College Dublin – Business School
Construction has been completed for a new business school at Trinity College Dublin.
A new building has been constructed which includes an auditorium, lecture halls, and other facilities for the faculty.
The new 12,000 sqm structure also houses an innovation and entrepreneurship hub along with a roof garden.

Six Victorian houses on Pearse Street have also been renovated as a part of this project, which is a structure that the university had previously wanted to demolish, as well as student apartments and a cafe on the ground floor.

Polo Wicklow Clubhouse
Polo Wicklow purpose-built Clubhouse, built-in 1998, has been described as ‘one of the best polo clubhouses in the world’. It is large enough to accommodate up to 150 seated guests and frequently used for this purpose, particularly during the winter months, when the club’s schedule includes monthly international tournaments.
