The project involves the construction and fit out of a Bulk Drug Substance Manufacturing Facility including ancillary buildings and services on campus adjacent to existing Office and Laboratories.

Works packages include Manufacturing Building 3 Storey = 15,000m², Central Utilities Building 2 Storey = 3,500m² fit out.

Construction of a new extension containing offices, meeting rooms, warehouse; Drum Store; New Entrance Area and Alteration & Refurbishment to an existing facility.
