Developed by Clancourt and built by John Sisk & Son Ltd, Four & Five Park Place, located on Hatch Street Upper in Dublin's city centre, is a premium commercial building. The project added valuable Grade A office space to the area and reflects the developer's strong focus on quality, sustainability, and digital delivery. The building is NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building), has achieved an A3 BER rating, and earned the highest LEED Platinum rating.
To support this, Evercam technology was deployed throughout the build. With multiple fixed-position cameras on site, all stakeholders had continuous access to live and recorded construction footage, enhancing transparency and coordination from start to finish.
At project completion, Evercam produced a high-quality, professionally edited time-lapse video to document the full build. The video now serves as a permanent visual record and a marketing-ready showcase of the development.
