Belmayne P4 is a key part of Dublin City Council’s broader initiative to meet housing demand through high-quality, sustainable residential design. Located on the city’s north side, the development will deliver 110 new homes, including apartments and duplexes, along with landscaped communal areas, a daycare center, and underground parking. The project follows the principles of Housing for All and is designed to meet NZEB standards, with a focus on low energy use and high-performance systems.
IN2 Engineering is providing full MEP, sustainability, and building physics services on the project, integrating low-carbon design strategies and renewable energy sources to support long-term efficiency. With an emphasis on coordinated delivery across multiple partners, Evercam plays a key role in ensuring visibility and accountability at every stage.
Our cameras were installed early in the project to support stakeholder communication, reduce site visits, and monitor progress remotely. With real-time views and time-lapse footage, Evercam helps teams stay aligned, resolve issues faster, and celebrate milestones as this new community takes shape.
