Bendigo Gov-Hub
A new government office is coming to Bendigo, Australia. GovHubs are a new, centralised way of doing business in regional Victoria, with a focus on enhancing customer service, revitalising city centres and delivering economic benefits to the local community.
The GovHub will centralize the delivery of a range of government services, making it a one-stop-shop for customers and a hub for local activity.

Bendigo GovHub main building demolition with Smoking Ceremony
The Bendigo GovHub, a $90 million project, will centralize the delivery of a variety of government services and accommodate up to 1000 local and state government employees - providing a one-stop shop for consumers while creating a stronger and more collaborative presence in Bendigo in the public sector.


Green Aspect Wellington Road
Green Aspect was founded by Richard Cooney in Melbourne, Australia in 2011. After almost 10 years in Melbourne, Richard returned home to Dublin in 2018 and has established Green Aspect to serve the Irish market.
This ultra modern home started out life as three apartments in the 1960’s. It went on to become part of the Wellington Eye Clinic. We’ve taken the roof off and are building a two storey, fully glazed extension to the rear.

LNC Property Developments Ltd has many years experience working with building developers, architects, project managers and owners of residential homes, all over the United Kingdom.
The Stenson Court which is currently being built is comprised of 65 bedrooms, café, dining room, communal space, office, cinema, hairdressing salon and storage rooms with associated landscaping, access and parking following demolition of existing buildings.
LNC Property Developments Ltd recently completed the Liberty House, an extensive new build residential care project for Runwood Homes in Doncaster, consisting of 81 beautifully furnished, private en-suite bedrooms, with a superb finish throughout.
For Stenson Court, LNC Property Developments Ltd will handle the comprehensive ground works, internal fit out including M&E, pre cast concrete flooring, stairs and lift shafts, roofing truss install complete with felt and tiles, full internal joinery including fire doors, soft floor covering and complete decoration.

Greystones Community College
Cpac Modular has recently started construction of the new Greystones Community College, in Greystones, Co. Wicklow. This, 3,174sqm, two storey building is Ireland's largest Hybrid Modular post primary school with top class facilities, consisting of 16 standard classrooms, as well as specialised classrooms for Construction Studies, Technology, Art, Home Economics, Science, and Special Educational Needs.

Situated on the Grounds of Éire Óg Greystones GAA Club on Mill Road, this superb school development also has a staff room, admin & principal offices, 5 WCs, and an elevator.

Evercam has installed cameras on multiple CPAC Modular sites across Ireland to view and monitor the construction progress, improve efficiencies, streamline communications and aid in achieving their Carbon Neutral goal by significantly reducing the number of site visits required.
Cpac Modular is also utilising Evercam’s BIM integration and remote measuring features for improved accuracy and project visibility across all departments.




St. Luke’s Hospital
As ambassadors of the modular construction revolution, ESS Modular has taken on a new project for St. Luke's Hospital in Kilkenny. Established in Dublin in 1989, ESS Modular has grown to become an industry leader in the UK and Ireland in offsite modular construction.
ESS Modular installed a 5-floor, 72-bed modular ward extension at St. Luke's Hospital and the building was precision manufactured offsite in ESS Modular's state of the art manufacturing facility and installed on site in just 30 days.

The Ormond Wing will be the name of the new Modular Ward Block at St. Luke’s General Hospital Kilkenny. The new building has four floors and roof-top plant rooms. The rooms are set around a new patio. Offices and staff amenities are located on the ground floor.
There are three stories in the top levels, each with 24 single bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms. Each ward will be named after one of the three rivers served by St. Lukes in the region: the Suir, the Nore, or the Barrow. In response to the Covid-19 Health Crisis, a modular construction style was created to allow for quick construction.

This large new structure is located directly across from the Hospital’s main entrance, needing careful traffic management. There were also several connections to existing structures. As a result, special care had to be taken to minimise staff downtime and annoyance so that the hospital could continue to operate normally.

Snugborough Interchange Upgrade Scheme
The Snugborough Interchange Upgrade Scheme is located at junction 2 on the N3 and Snugborough Road crossroads. It is a strategic interchange which serves Dublin 15. Blanchardstown Village, Blanchardstown Town Centre, and the Dublin Enterprise Zone, north of the N3 at Ballycdolin which supports 34,600 jobs.

The bridge will be helpful in the incorporation of the key N3 crossing element of the Blanchardstown to City Centre Core Bus Route 5. It will improve traffic capacity through the interchange from all approaches. It will allow improved traffic management of road/motorway network due to modified traffic signals and CCTV.

Myrtle Square
The site is located in the heart of Dun Laoghaire Town between St. Michaels Hospital and Bloomfields Shopping Centre and the lane running parallel to Georges Street alongside the shopping centre.
The proposal was to demolish the three buildings (35-37 George’s Street), reconfigure the space and introduce a new civic plaza named Myrtle Square in reference to a historic property called Myrtle Lodge, which was located where Bloomfields shopping centre was.

The square will provide a much-needed landmark public plaza and destination for the town and its visitors. It will provide a welcome space to linger, congregate and hold community events, characterized by trees and planting, an abundant provision of public seating to allow people enjoy the sunny aspect, an opportunity for play and/or exercise, public drinking water and a piece of art or sculpture to define the place as Dún Laoghaire.
Evercam has installed its cameras to record and monitor the construction progress but as per the clients requirement redacted the people from the video so we can see the progress without showing any faces. Evercam time-lapses can be used for marketing on social platforms as well as many other purposes.



National Forensic Mental Health Service Hospital
National Forensic Mental Health Service (NFMHS) is a modern state-of-the-art facility in Portrane, North County Dublin, located 22 kilometers from Dublin City. The project was awarded to the Joint Venture of OHL (50 percent) and JJ Rhatigan (50 percent) by the Health Service Executive.
The new facility will care for up to 170 patients. The NFMHS campus consists of a 170-bed Hospital including a 30-bed Intensive Care and Rehabilitation Unit (ICRU), a 10-bed Forensic Child and Adolescent Mental Health Unit (CAMHS) and 130 secure beds, all housed on a single campus with a total floor area of c.24,500 square meters.

The NFMHS is comprised of a range of shared facilities and is intended to provide differentiated acute, sub-acute and rehabilitation services. It consists of ten hospital buildings, as well as a primary care education and treatment centre and an administrative complex.

The Baird Family Hospital and The ANCHOR Centre Project is a £233.2 million building development at the Foresterhill Health Campus in Aberdeen. This exciting project will result in two new buildings being opened on the site in 2023 to support and enhance the provision of clinical care. Both buildings will include state-of-the-art research and teaching facilities and will offer person-centred environment of care.

Warehouse Redevelopment
Stafford Wholesale Ltd trading as Stafford Bonded was founded in 1892 and has been involved in the manufacturing, distribution, and storage of alcohol since its foundation. The company’s core operations are the import and export of wines, beers, and spirits. This includes the storage and distribution of 3rd party alcohol products and more recently the maturation of Irish Whiskey for distilleries and brand owners.
In 2017, Stafford Bonded built his first state-of-the-art whiskey maturation warehouse at the Waterford site.
With the continued global investment in Irish Whiskey, Stafford Bonded has seen demand for its services increase and to facilitate this growth it has constructed a number of bonded whiskey maturation warehouses in 2018, 2019,2020.
Currently, the company is under construction for the 11 whiskey warehouses at the Lower Tier Seveso site. This exciting project in which Stafford Bonded is leading the way for the provision of bulk whiskey services to the Irish Whiskey sector.
