STT Fairview 1 is a technological ecosystem designed to support 124MW of capacity upon completion, with Phase 1 delivering 28MW by Q2 2025. Managed through a joint venture between First Balfour and Leighton Asia, this pioneering facility sets new standards for sustainable infrastructure in the region.
